The error you are getting is coming from Hylafax not Avantfax. You need to look the /var/spool/hylafax/etc/hosts.hfaxd file and make sure that localhost and 127.0.0.1 are the first two entries.

I am having a problem deleting faxes from the send queue using Avantfax or the Webmin module for Hylafax. It appears to be a permissions issue. Could anyone tell me what the permissions should be for the sendq folder and the faxes in the sendq folder?

The reason it was not working was caused by trying to test it on my extension while calling from my extension. Since I did not have "busy" checked in the VmX "use when" options, the VmX feature was not activating. Works perfect with unavailable, though. :)
