I wouldn't expect there to be one. It was a problem gvoice had when it used xmpp as well. Maybe if there are enough complaints about it now that it's been introduced as a gsuite beta program for the enterprise, there will be a fix in the future... But I still wouldn't count on it.

The hiformance.com hosted IncrediblePBX server option is pretty good. I added Webmin to it and I been testing out lots of different configs. I do prefer RASPBX over IncrediblePBX, but there's no gvsip for RASPBX yet :( For $10/yr you can't go wrong having another server to play around with...

Are you sure, it worked for me. The wiki raf pointed me to in his answer also gives an explanation. Make sure you reloaded the dialplan after you made the change.
