I'm aware of the problems I have been following this. Thats why I uninstalled superfecta. I shouldn't need it for the teleco provided info and like I said I'm getting cname on broadvoice, just not bandwidth.

I have the same issue.

You can limit outbound calls by extension. For instance, if you have an extension you wish to restrict long distance calls. I would guess the thinking is if you have an extension open to all calls, then why restrict just transfers.

That's true much of the time, but with software still in the optimization phase such as fax software, I don't agree. While faxing is fair, it is worth the time to me to test an upgrade and be ready to roll back if the results are not acceptable.

Device and User works very well if you have users that are not always in the same place. Also, if you have queues it is almost a prerequisite, in my opinion.
