When I was behind a gateway I could not control the best trunks were IAX2 trunks from Voipms. They worked without having to do port forwarding.

Good question. The website lists the street address and suite but not the City or State. I was looking at that myself as I was figuring out their pricing from the website. I can't find anyplace in the US or Canada with that street address that would be them.
