Thanks! The main issue is the delay the cron job refreshes the iptables (via a dig on my FQDN ) when the network is changed on my mobile.

Thanks for your answer! I've narrowed down the problem to see it appears it is a problem with two phone on the same network (HT-503 and Android phone)...and I suspect the HT-503 not sending the "OK, I've picked up the call" to the server properly. I'm not an Asterisk expert at all and now...
