No, looks like you chan_motif.so is not loaded. By default is not loaded in wazo, so check your modules.conf.

Have you checked the graph system in the web interface. Maybe it can help you to know if the system is overloaded or not. Munin is the system we are using to generate this graph.

There is no difference. Strip num is for example if you want to remove more than your prefix.

The use case is if you want to have the prefix 9 to make an outgoing call, but you want to send 123 instead 9 to your provider. Maybe in usa it don't exist but in some countries it's possible to have this configuration.

Hello, you need to use debian 8 with wazo, but we'll switch to debian 9 at the end of this year. I don't nkow why you are with debian 9 except your sources.list using stable instead jessie.
