UDP port 69 is allowed to and from my pbx internal and external IP. I have tried internally and externally, and the results are the same. I do not have any dhcp options explicitly allowed, but I do have all traffic logged to and from the PBX, and it does show an allow message when traffic on UDP...

FWIW, the setup of PIAF/Incredible PBX was actually a LOT less painful than 3CX. I am curious to see what comes of the collaborations! Also, I prefer Zoiper over the 3CX soft phone.
