QUESTION Has anyone made Grandstreams phones or ATA's work from an .OVPN file?

with the GXV3370's, the key and certs from the .ovpn are all that are used. Put client key into text file called client.key, put client cert into client.crt text file, and put ca cert into ca.crt text file. Then those files are loaded into phone. hope this may be of some help

QUESTION Has anyone made Grandstreams phones or ATA's work from an .OVPN file?

@kenn10 I have 3 Grandstream GXV3370's working with OpenVPN. Actually got these working with OpenVPN easier than Obi2182's, I still have not been able to get OpenVPN working on the Obi's. The .ovpn config files needed to be modified and I don't know if they will work on your models

    Setup with obihai 302?

the 302 is still compatible and has not reached end of life yet and I do not know when it will reach end of life. The 200's have reached eol, but they are still usable if you know how to provision them locally. Personally, I would not purchase any more of the obi/poly adapters, but will continue...

FYI A couple more spam conduits warned

for a starter, there are other carriers that source robocalls. doing the same to more of the carriers that tolerate robocalls would be a bigger step in the right direction. Eliminating and procecuting more of the robocallers would be huge step. As I said above, only two is a small step.

    TIPS VoIPBL.org Blacklist updates?

Best thing to do is register and use their helpdesk then you can get information direct from them. Basically users here use IPBX and open source add-ons written for IPBX. Visit nerdvittles.com and research. Ward had an app that updated blacklist daily if I remember correctly

FOOD FOR THOUGHT Is 5-10 years fair for shoplifting $80 from a Walmart self-checkout? Kentucky AG says yes

they should also charge her for 2 counts of fraud, since she used the wrong upc code two times. That is not a mistake, it was intentional fraud and theft.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT Is 5-10 years fair for shoplifting $80 from a Walmart self-checkout? Kentucky AG says yes

there is a big difference between theft and making a mistake. I don't have a problem doing self check-out and actually prefer self checkout. I know how to count how many items I have and look to see how many items rang up. There is a big difference between changing upc codes to pay a lower price...
