I like email notifications if something got wrong, but IncredibleBackups send me an email every night. May it be possible to change it the way that i only get notified of errors? Or may i start backups via cli somehow? Then i could filter out errors myself!?

Which file do i need to edit to remove the Trashcan icon next to each voicemail from the User Control Panel (UCP) ? Or is it possible to just let administrators have the trash can activated? I just want our call agents to move calls to a folder "done", but not to delete them irretrievably.
