Resolved! We figured it out. To run an internal web command you need to start in the /maint directory, not the /var/www/html , so the command is: 4,hudlite,./maint/modules/12_hudadmin/hudadmin.php,HUDlite,ico_hudlite.png

Can you ping from the command line to a known good host (www.google.com)? If not make sure that your DNS settings are all set correctly. When I set up a new server I have to get Webmin working and enter all of the network settings before this will work.
