Office has two lines each person has a Grandstream 2100. Line one rings sec 1 answers..another call cames in on her line while she is on the first call Sec 2 cant hear the ring and cant call pickup.. Sec 1 hears the call waiting tone.. How to I make the phone ring on the set so Sec 2 will be...

Hi i can access end users voicemails via the web interface from my machine. but when i go to theremachinc im promted for the user and password. When i enter it it does not work. after so many tryes it locks me out. how do i fix this? what an i overlooking.. Joe

ok..some funny stuff going on...i tried to make a outbound call..my set showed "no response" i expected it to...however the phone i called rang! when i picked it up it terminated the call..only to call me back a second time, i picked it up and it terminated the call...

yep i can ping google and inbound29.vitelity.net....however asterisk logs show a time out and vitelity support says they see no attemps

I tried shutting off iptables with the command "service iptables Stop" shows trunks online, like it see the internet but trunks still dont regerster
