Now it ' working!
Had to set "tcpenable"="yes" in the GUI-Settings, entry in sip_custom.conf wasn't accepted.


One more thing: Pickup isn't working.
If I press the flashing button, "x-cisco-serviceuri-blfpi.." appears, the log says

"Channel 'SIP/16-00000083' sent to invalid extension but no invalid handler: context,exten,priority=from-internal,blfpickup-10,1"

What does that mean?

Not sure, try asking on the JIRA pages where the presence patch support is, they're your best people to ask :)
