704 is my laptop in my house with zoiper, on the same network as Incrediblepbx
702 is my mobile somewhere on internet with zoiper

i can call and take the line if 702 is calling 704 but i have no voice on 702 side
i can' t call from 704 to 702 directly to the voicemail

i open port 10000-20000 and 5060 on the firewall

For a test try setting a DMZ in the router to the PBX and see if that works, if so you have a port forwarding problem, if not, it isn't the firewall...

i don't exatly what i did but working now

i try now to setup voice-mail
