Can't setup an IVR on new install of 13-13 Ubuntu on Digital Ocean

Hi all,
Installed Incredible 13-13 as per instructions and it's working of most part. When I try to setup an IVR, I get this:
Exception
SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1366 Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'ivr_ret' at row 1::


Any solution? TIA

I setup a new one recently that has a dozen IVRs with no problems at all.

Try again and be sure that you are giving all the fields proper values.

Without actually seeing what you're inserting in all the fields, this is difficult to diagnose. Incredible PBX comes with an IVR preinstalled. Can you dial D-E-M-O from a phone connected to the PBX and see if it works. If so, you might want to examine that IVR in the GUI to see how it differs from what you are attempting.

There is not such IVR on this system, or at least I don't see it listed under "IVR", unless it's hidden. In any case i called "DEMO" from an extension and I received a recording "Your call cannot be completed as dialled".

I have set up IVRs before, so I don't think I'm making a mistake.

the problem only happens if you leave the return to ivr "no". if you select "yes" it will let you submit the changes.

Ward what can be the problem. how can this be fixed?

Incredible 13-12 only has a check box instead of yes/no selection & works as expected.
Haven't time to get a successful 13-13 working yet

Mendel, I uploaded a screenshot of the problem to the link you provided.

I was able to add an IVR by setting the "return to" =Yes as you mentioned.

Ward, i assumed so ... but it actually does not work because it requires updated core version and the core version does not update because it has a file not found error... so what can we do?
the workaround to choose yes in the return option causes the ivr to just not work ... what can be done here?
