My voicemail notifications contained nothing but the title. So I dug around and found that the sendmailmp3 script is broken. The code that sets the boundary:
As I don't need to send the actual voicemail messages, I just forced it to shove the incoming stream into sendmail and all is working well enough.

BOUNDARY=`grep "boundary=" stream.org | cut -d'"' -f 2`
returns a blank, causing each line of the original voicemail to end up in a separate file and all of the logic below it to fail.As I don't need to send the actual voicemail messages, I just forced it to shove the incoming stream into sendmail and all is working well enough.
