Wazo/Isabel/Raspberry Pi and 3CX

I'm trying to better understand the combining of the two servers such as that described here: http://nerdvittles.com/?p=23319.

The question I have, is one of the advantages of connecting the two servers prevent you from being limited to the simultaneous call requirements based on the free 3CX license? So that from 3CX extensions you can dial out the Wazo/Isabel/Raspberry Pi trunks with no simultaneous call limit?

I've had a test setup like this for a while. It works but haven't used it other than to test it. It's 3CX and Raspberry Pi and it allows 3CX extensions to call out via the Pi.
Unfortunately my love affair with 3CX is coming to an end as my license expired yesterday. I won't continue with it because I can't get my Nortel 1140e phones to stay connected to 3CX.
