TIPS Xivo Rentpbx install fails

Hi,
New rentpbx image created
Log in as root
Install appears to proceed

You will be prompted to create a web password for the root user account as well as a PIN for telephone reminders.

No prompts....just returns to prompt.

ls shows xivo_install_current.sh is present. try to run it, no permissions.
chmod +x ./xivo_install_current.sh allows it to run .....
returns to prompt

open http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx to configure XiVO

...Fails

ssh output sanitised and attached

Ticket opened with rentpbx....

Hadnt noticed but there are two images for XIVO.

XiVO (Debian 8 Asterisk 13)
&
PBX in a Flash Incredible PBX XiVO (Debian 8 Asterisk 13)

awaiting rebuild and will then try 2nd one which should just build!

must have missed info on first one - perhaps a clean debian server for a manual build?
