In your Voip.ms setup (first page, post 13) you show this screen grab

For some reason I can't get the shown Context.
Only Incalls (from-extern) is available...

Have just done the from scratch installation on C@C...

Any pointers? Thanks.

On incoming call you only see the context of type incall. Have a look on section context to see the context configuration.

That was in the early experimentation days. I'm reworking the documentation for those trunks as we speak.
