With previous versions of Incredible PBX I have been able to run a voice recording when an incoming caller connected to the main number telling them that they could dial an extension at any time during the message. That way, the caller could dial any extension during the message, say 707, and it would exit the message and start ringing extension 707. I don't see any obvious way to do this in the XiVO version. How can I implement this in the XiVO version?

You can use the default IVR and modify it to meet your needs. To allow transfer of calls to extensions within the IVR, see this modification.
