QUESTION Weird issue with my Admin module

Hi All,

First time poster, and I've tried searching the web for the possible caouse/fix. My admin module has a bunch of applications greyed out. But some are still active. The other weird thing is it shows that asterisk is not running, however the phone system is working fine
