Vitelity?

I was on Vitelity's site yesterday. They had posted a trouble notice dated 04/28 about one of their carriers. Roughly quoting "...one of our carriers is having network difficulties which gives random busy signals to our users...we are aware of the problem and are working with them to resolve this....". 
It did not say which one.
