Thank you for the direction.Did you set up the Simonics trunk exactly as shown in the Nerd Vittles tutorial?? It looks like your calls are being delivered as coming from GV13473895936 instead of 13473895936. This is probably because you didn't set the 11-digit number in the Contact field under the SIP Trunk Register tab.
You also have to set up an Incoming Calls entry with the same 11-digit number as documented in this Nerd Vittles tutorial.
This is kinda like baking cookies. You can't skip steps in the recipe, or you miss something like leaving out the sugar.
