In three installations (yeah, I've hit the big time) I've deleted the default on hold music and loaded three of my royaltyfree dittys, each time using the "random play" feature and in all three installations, every time anyone is put on hold they hear the same music. Am I doing something wrong - or is their more to do?

Settings - Music On Hold - edit the category (I assume you are using the "default" category since you're just replacing the files in the existing moh directory). Set "Enable Random Play" to yes.
