HI all,

I just installed a fresh Centos6.7 and Incredible PBX 13-12.2

I cannot find anywhere a module to provision phones. I remember in the old days there was a endpoint manager, but I guess trhis no longer exists?

What options do I have? If any?

I've been using the Commercial EPM for Polycoms; the OSS one was too out of date. I've been trying to find a programmer for a while to update it but haven't had much luck . . .

thanks, after some extensive goggling, I was able to understand that I needed to install the module, but this needs to be done from another repo, http://repo.incrediblepbx.com/modules/packages/.

so for anyone looking for this info, here is what needs to be done:
1) get t*f*t*p working, by following tutorial (you need to be logged in to view the whole tutorial)
http://pbxinaflash.com/community/resources/t-f-t-p-setup-for-incredible-pbx.48/
Setup your DHCP option 66 with t*f*t*p://x.x.x.x (change x for your PBX IP)
1a) I had issues with iptables, so if you can get the t*f*t*p to work, try disabling iptables and see if that works
1b) also, you can tail the messages log to see the t*f*t*p download/upload activity " tail -f /var/log/messages "

2) get the GPG patch by following the tutorial :
http://pbxinaflash.com/community/resources/removing-freepbx-12-module-signature-checking.47/

3) go to the repo find the module endpointman (right click and copy link of endpointman-2.11.9.tgz),
http://repo.incrediblepbx.com/modules/packages/

4) go to your incredible pbx management, select Admin->Module Admin->Upload Modules

5) paste the URL for the endpointman module, install and your good to go. The module will install the menu options for the End Point Manager in the Connectivity menu as OSS modules.

Did this work for you? What model Polycom phones do you have? I'm trying to provision IP501, IP330 and IP650. I was able to make IP330 dial out but I couldn't hear the other party. I am using PIAF: 3.0.6.7, FreePBX ver: 2.11.0.43, Asterisk 11.16.0 Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Yes it did work for me although I only tried 320's. I did not try 501's and 550's.

Your one way audio is no relevant to the provisioning of the phone. That would be either firewall policies blocking the UDP ports. If you do a sniff of the network you may find the issue. I would suggest using HOMER (sipcapture.org completly free GPL) or VOIPMONITOR (voipmonitor.org but the WEB gui is a commercial app $$). Open another thread on this and let me know the link, I may be able to help you on my spare time..
