I am trying to build a new pbx:
Incredible PBX 13-12L.3
Asterisk 13.9.1
Incredible GUI 12.0.39
I’m using my Vitelity account. Incoming calls work fine. Outgoing calls do not seem to be going out properly. After dialing and then pressing send, there is no ringing and a receive the message stating “the number is not in service.”
Looking at previous trunk examples, here is what i have:

running asterisk -rnnvv

I’ve installed from scratch twice with the same result. Our other older installations work fine inbound and outbound. Any guidance on where to look is greatly appreciated.
