Hello everyone,
I am trying to build a new pbx:
Incredible PBX 13-12L.3
Asterisk 13.9.1
Incredible GUI 12.0.39
I’m using my Vitelity account. Incoming calls work fine. Outgoing calls do not seem to be going out properly. After dialing and then pressing send, there is no ringing and a receive the message stating “the number is not in service.”
Looking at previous trunk examples, here is what i have:
username=subaccount
type=friend
trustrpid=yes
sendrpid=yes
secret=password
host=outbound.vitelity.net
fromuser=subaccount
dtmfmode=auto
disallow=all
context=from-trunk
canreinvite=no
allow=ulaw
running asterisk -rnnvv
Connected to Asterisk 13.9.1 currently running on IncrediblePBX (pid = 7196)
[2016-05-25 18:14:24] WARNING[7212]: func_cdr.c:377 cdr_write_callback: CDR requires a value (CDR(variable)=value)
== Using SIP RTP TOS bits 184
== Using SIP RTP CoS mark 5
[2016-05-25 18:14:56] WARNING[7256]: chan_sip.c:4059 retrans_pkt: Retransmission timeout reached on transmission [email protected]:5061 for seqno 102 (Critical Request) -- See https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/SIP+Retransmissions
Packet timed out after 32000ms with no response
[2016-05-25 18:14:56] WARNING[7256]: chan_sip.c:4083 retrans_pkt: Hanging up call [email protected]:5061 - no reply to our critical packet (see https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/SIP+Retransmissions).
== Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/0/1)
== Spawn extension (macro-dialout-trunk, s-NOANSWER, 4) exited non-zero on 'PJSIP/101-00000004' in macro 'dialout-trunk'
== Spawn extension (from-internal, 15555555555, 5) exited non-zero on 'PJSIP/101-00000004'
== Spawn extension (from-internal, h, 1) exited non-zero on 'PJSIP/101-00000004'
I’ve installed from scratch twice with the same result. Our other older installations work fine inbound and outbound. Any guidance on where to look is greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Tony
