NO JOY Installing Pico TTS on the Debian/Ubuntu Platforms

Hi fellas,

I followed the instructions here, but I get the following error at one of the last steps (step 7):

apt-get install -y libttspico-utils
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package libttspico-utils is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package 'libttspico-utils' has no installation candidate

Any ideas?

What distro - Debian or Ubuntu, wheezy, Jessie, etc?

I would add the following to
/etc/apt/sources.list

## multiverse WILL NOT receive any review or updates from the Ubuntu

then apt-get update, then try again.
