QUESTION Incredible FAX

So I'm considering installing Incredible FAX to production. Ive run it on test servers (the installer at least) and all went nicely. I also was able to go into the settings and see what email address was set.

Firstly whats the point of giving the area code, country code, international code, etc during setup? How do you change these things later?

I noticed after installation there are a few IAX peers registered, but no trunks?

Is it worth switching to incredible fax over a simple ATA connection/extension?

I haven't installed incredible fax but with other fax software, this is needed in case a user doesn't specify those details. If the user does, then it would override the setup.
