NEED MORE INFO Incoming call issue

Dear All,

I need your assistance. My PBX does work with incoming call. How do I fix this?

My one is latest incredible PBX and running on latest centos version. All the outbound calls are working well, however, when it comes to inbound call. Seems like it doesn't work

Run the following command and post the results:

I have one SIP registration this one is still sending good outbound calls daily

A lot of things have to happen for an incoming call to work. Please let us know your SIP provider, sanitized trunk configuration, router brand, port forwarding information, incoming route configuration, type of phone. You should look at the asterisk CLI to see if the inbound call is even getting to the computer.

Port forwarding: 1024 -65535

for the Inbound route. I have created an inbound route and set destination " extensions > 111 ". That's all.

You didn't provide the results. Outgoing calls can happen without a SIP registration. Please run the command above and post the results.
