Hi,
Finally trying to get to grips with XIVO (or is it now WAZO?) using OVH,

Runs smoothly and then stops with the message
WARNING: Incredible PBX image for XiVO 16.15 is not yet available.
You have two options. Stop here and try later by pressing Ctrl-C now.
If you abort install now, you can rerun this install script again later.
Proceed with the install and manually configure everything in XiVO GUI.
To continue with installation, press ENTER. Or press Ctrl-C to abort.^C

is this an error, or a statement of fact :)

thanks

So here's the problem. We had (incorrectly) assumed that the development version of XiVO/WAZO 16.15 had a static database platform already in place. It turns out that is not the case. Because we use snapshot images of XiVO/WAZO, that caused major breakage IF the developers modified the Asterisk database structure and our snapshot still included an older image.

So... for the time being, you will have much better success by installing Incredible PBX 13 from any of the platform tutorials and then upgrade to XiVO/WAZO 16.15 if desired. This will get you to Asterisk 14 while assuring that you get all the pieces along the way (hopefully) without breaking anything.

Ward, I have tried to install with the IncrediblePBX14-XiVO.sh script on a Digital Ocean droplet several times and cannot even get that far without errors in the initial install. Taking note of the above post I attempted to install the IncrediblePBX13-XiVO.sh version but that automatically grabs 14

here are the build errors I get when running ./IncrediblePBX14-XiVO.sh taken from my install-log

@cbmcw101: Make certain you have the latest Incredible PBX 13 installer. Sounds like you were using an earlier release if it switched you to the Incredible PBX 14 installer.

Code:
41968 Nov 29 13:53 IncrediblePBX13-XiVO.sh

md5sum: 3f28b6e0bd3b2a7a8a83d1ac094c5b94 IncrediblePBX13-XiVO.sh

Not sure how to interpret this. I'm running Wazo in a hyper-v vm. Debian Jessie 8.7 and Wazo is version 17.03.
pbxstatus reports Asterisk as 14.2.1 and Xivo pbx as 17.03. It reports Incredible PBX as 13.2016-12-11 and I can't see how to update to Incredible pbx 14.
When I run IncrediblePBX14-Wazo.sh it reports `Incredible PBX is already installed`.

What's the procedure to get from 13 to 14? Or am I on 14 and pbxstatus is just misreporting? (if so how can I verify?)

EDIT--
So I just found this: https://pbxinaflash.com/community/t...-correct-upgrade-procedure.20729/#post-127782
and it seems to imply that upgrading xivo/wazo should upgrade incrediblepbx with it. In which case if that's true, something is off on my system and I need some help getting it back on track.
I want to migrate this vm to an OVH vps and I think it's best to get all this stuff sorted before the move.
