Howto connect two PiaF PBXs using a T1 trunk

Created another webpage that details how to connect two PiaF PBXs directly together using a T1 PRI trunk. One PBX is setup as a network provider supplying dialtone and master clock timing. The other is set up as a customer premise equipment. Good resources if you are trying to troubleshoot your service provider connection.

Thanks for the link. It helps to give insight towards the T1 connections. I'll be revisiting this when I need to connect to an older Mitel switch via a T1 port.

This is a great reference. I am actually replacing a Mitel 200 this weekend connecting to a dialer and this give great insight as I was a little confused on the zap extensions.

i followed the instructions and box 1 (provider) call call box 2 (system) but not vice versa.....wierd.

Needed to set one span as from internal...now I have all 3 boxes talking. DUH on my part
