QUESTION Grandstream 2200 not registering.

Hi, I've got a incredible pbx set up in virtualbox at my home. I have one extension using a yealink T46G. I was able to easily set it up. Now I am trying to add a grandstream 2200 as a new extension. I've tweaked settings and ID's multiple ways and times. Is there something I should be aware of with the grandstreams? Is there a basic configuration I missing. Looking at my log files it seems that its talking to the pbx but just not registering.

I am new at this game, and the grandstreams are throwing me for a loop!

Grandstream should be the same. I've never done anything different or special on them.

What are the log messages for that extension?

bare configuration for the phone to register

account active yes
account name
SIP server
SIP user ID
Authenticated ID
Authenticated Password
save and apply
