GO HERE freepbx interconnected server

i am having trouble connecting two servers by IAX. Server2 connection is OK but server2 connection is unreachable. both servers are remote so they have to go through the firewalls. i opened port 4569 on dd-wrt.Is there something i have wrong or should change in the config there? should I switch to SIP and try my chances? Thanks.

Trunk Name: server2 (on server2, this is server1)
the trunk config is under outgoing settings:
username=server1 (on server2, this is server2)

host=DYNIP.org

Got a couple of clients that have remote offices using IAX trunks
No need to open ports

Thanks man this IAX2 trunk config really works well. Closed the ports on the router. I'm impressed that it works so well.
