QUESTION Extension with no voice mail redirect to callee or operator?

Hi guys,
I was wondering if its possible to setup PIAF so that when a caller is blind transferred by a callee to an extension with no voicemail, can it return to the callee or the operator?

I would think this section would relevant. This screen shot is from FreePBX 11. So, the location of these options could be in a different area on the extension's configuration page.
