Spent two years across PBIAF 2.0.6.4 through IncrediblePBX13 with an issue where callers hear choppy audio, although they sound find at all times (one way choppiness). It takes a while for it to happen & the symptom is longer and longer audio lag between parties talking. Moreover, once an install exhibits this it only accelerates over time (as though it doesn't "forget" and speeds up the time before the one way audio choppiness begins)!
12 installations all the same between a buddy & myself (big fans!) -- different hardware (Intel NUC, Rasberry Pi2, test laptops, test desktops, VMWare Player, Hyper V, VirtualBox) and different firewalls (Sonicwall, FortiNet) ... same results.
Only detail in common is the SIP provider Vitelity --- however, SIP phones & ObiHai ATA's direct registered to Vitelity are bullet proof in all these installations!!
Not a great traffic analyzing expert -- so the quesiont, what is the easiest way to capture SIP traffic when it occurs to try my amateur hand at discovering what might be the issue across all these software releases, across all this varying installs?
Thanks.
