I'm using Flowroute as my provider and a Yealink T46G phone on my desk.

My phone shows the incoming callerid as +1XXXYYYZZZZ. This doesn't let me dial out by hitting redial.

I've read that setting the context in the truck as

"context=from-pstn-e164-us" (no actual quotes)

should drop the +1 before I even see it. Unfortunately, this is exactly what the trunk's context already has <g>.

Do I need to adjust my dial patterns to take +1 as a prefix and drop it? This would require doubling all my dial patterns (or perhaps just my 10 digit dialing) and if I drop the +1 my phonebook should read all the incoming calls correctly.

Any thoughts on what I'm missing?

Flow route user here. The only way I've gotten the redial to work on my phones is to strip the +1 using an outbound route dialing rule. That's how flow route delivers the caller id that's saved to the phone.
