I am keep getting this error.
Most of the time my calls just got faded out my extensions forward calls to my cell phone when the caller press 1 I have queue setup.
And I notice this error in my logs
"FM/DND/100/Local/100@from-internal-9809,2") in new stack
-- DBdel: family=FM, key=DND/100/Local/100@from-internal-9809,2
-- DBdel: Error deleting key from database.
Today I notice new thing i.e. Pbxinaflash wont even announce confirm calls, everything was working fine but now all of a sudden this problem I dont know why..
