The following commands failed with the listed error
/var/lib/asterisk/bin/module_admin listonline (255)
Added 37 minutes ago
(cron_manager.EXECFAIL)

Any idea what this is and how I fix it ?

Hi,

This fixed my same problem

Check the ownership and the permissions of the file in /var/lib/asterisk/bin:
module_admin -rwxrwxr--

found to be set set for 755, changed it to 777

Regards
Garry

you forgot the 'bin' in the middle before module_admin. Your orignial post stated /var/lib/asterisk/bin/module_admin

Hmm... 777 shouldn't be needed, 755 should be OK. your example showed 774 which won't allow execution.
