R.I.P. Can't Access my gui, ssh works

I need some help. I went to login to my incredible pbx gui and the http is not connecting at all. I can ssh into the machine and use command line. I have no idea where to start, so far I stopped and started httpd which seemed to have no effect.

The pbx is still functioning. I'm puzzled...help?

I'm not sure, I am pointing my browser directly at the IP of the local machine. I have accessed this box that way for about a year now.

I'm lost.

You may want to check if fail2ban has inserted a block rule

If there are no firewall issues, try to access using port 9080.

http://local_machine_IP:9080

Try disabling fail2ban then iptables to see if it is firewall related:

"service fail2ban stop", check if you can access. If not then

"service iptables stop" and check again.

To restart "service iptables start" then similar for fail2ban.

hi my dns is working and it been almost 3 years since I use the same configuration the only change is the scientific linux update and since then I have ssh access but no web gui has something changed? can anyone tell me, but the funny thing is I have another server and I also did the upgrade and I do have access to it so how do I check this?
