Hello,
I have a SIP trunk provider that redirects the incoming calls directly to the IP 138.197.254.46
(PBX VPS) however my DID provider is telling that my PBX is not responding as you can see in the

I have already done some configuration at XIVO https://www.dropbox.com/s/j1e006nka4q7n00/Captura de pantalla 2016-09-11 08.37.28.png?dl=0
but I still don´t see activity in the Asterisk log files when I make calls to my DIDs.
Any suggestion?
