TRY THIS Can't accept calls from SIP trunks in XIVO PIAF

Hello,
I have a SIP trunk provider that redirects the incoming calls directly to the IP 138.197.254.46
(PBX VPS) however my DID provider is telling that my PBX is not responding as you can see in the

but I still don´t see activity in the Asterisk log files when I make calls to my DIDs.

Any suggestion?

Hello,
In the example above the IP of my provider is 64.76.93.205
So I was wondering if the correct syntaxis of the command shouldn´t be
/root/add-ip My_Provider_Name My_Provider_IP
In my case:
/root/add-ip CONVERGIA 64.76.93.205

Hi!
I passed the previous step however I am now getting this error message
[Sep 11 16:08:51] NOTICE[1690][C-00000006]: chan_sip.c:26169 handle_request_invite: Failed to authenticate device <sip:[email protected];pstn-params=808482808883;cpc=ordinary>;tag=gK0e421df4

Apparently I am missing some username/password however my remote server does not sent anyone
