AstManProxy or AJAM?

I'm researching expanding the capabilities of our PIAF installation for Noojee click and ActivaTSP software for use with different CRM solutions used by my PIAF clients.

However, I've noticed that there seem to be two solutions out there in regards to access to the AMI, AstManProxy and AJAM. It looks like AstManProxy is more robust with support for SSL and the like, but AJAM is apparently part of Asterisk itself.

So which do you recommend? Or is it a matter of each having it's own particular usefulness? Please enlighten me with any experiences or recommendations.

Thanks!

Don't use Astman proxy as its fairly buggy and Noojee click will drop support for it in the next release.

AJAM includes SSL support from asterisk 1.6 and Noojee Click now has a 'use SSL' option on the Asterisk tab.

Brett
