Gee you could get a faster machine and a fatter internet pipe.... might speed it up..... When I install it off our local mirror (in the garage) it takes about 30 minutes.....

Here's the patch to get rid of the Security Alert until we can update the build.

Do NOT apply the patch if you don't see the Security Alert when you access FreePBX Status! Already fixed in latest builds.

Missing display in System Dashboard 12.0.7 fixed in System Dashboard 12.0.8. Just upgrade the module to get the normal display as shown below:

It installed without issue in my Hyper V test environment on CentOS 6.5 (subject to removing vga=791 as usual from grub). Similarly to lgaetz I was just over an hour installing it. Perhaps our interwebs are slower in Canada. If time permits I will make a couple calls and see how it looks.

Adding RSS Feeds to FreePBX Dashboard

You can add the Digium RSS feed (or any other feed) by choosing Settings -> Advanced Settings -> RSS Feeds.

Insert the desired RSS Feed(s) and click the Green Check icon. Then Apply Config.

Be careful on loading tons of RSS feeds. Takes time to load and any RSS feed you define is also loaded int UCP when you log in. I suggest 2-3 at the most.

Enabling Google Voice...

Google Voice works like a champ, but you'll first have to enable the Module in Admin -> Module Admin. Then go through the usual setup steps.

1. Activate the Extended and Unsupported Repositories by clicking on each of them

2. Check Online for Modules

3. Download and Install the Google Voice/Chan Motif Module

Typically I know its been recommended to use 32bit in the past, but has that changed now? Is it ok to use the 64bit version of CentOS?

Should be fine, but I've been playing with the 32-bit so it'll be good to have a '64 Pioneer.
