So I have two different phone numbers that come into my PBX.

What I would like is:

NUMBER 1 --> IVR 1 --> Ring various extensions
NUMBER 2 --> IVR 2 --> Ring various extensions

Basically the extensions/phones for each number would be the same, but I want the people at those extensions to know which number is calling in (some type of announcement) so they can answer the name of the correct company. So if a call comes in NUMBER 1 they say, Hello, this is Dave from ABC company, and if the call comes in on NUMBER2, they say, Hello, this is Dave from XYZ company.

Does that make sense?

If you are sending call to a ring group, try the CID Name Prefix in ring group settings

So I am not sending to a ring group. If they call they would get the IVR of the specific company. They would then say hit 1 for sales and that would ring a specific person, or dial an extension. Right now. my system is setup to announce the persons name when they call, but I don't see how I can indicate what inbound route they came in from, or a different ring patter, etc.
