In this case I have completed the install, changed all the passwords, accessed the first GUI screen (see screen shot), selected "Incredible PBX Administration" at which time I get the httpd errors shown in first post.

After completing amportal restart this issue is resolved.

On an install of Incredible PBX 11-12.1 for Centos 6 after several days of running we are unable to access the Incredible GUI Administration interface. All of the other GUI interfaces work fine but this one is a blank page. The link goes to ip_address/admin/config.php
