SOLVED New Install of 5 Minute Wonder on CrownCloud - Rejecting unknown SIP connection

Decided to build out a new 5 Minute Wonder on Crown Cloud - install went super smooth, until I wanted to receive an inbound call. Keep getting the "number not in service message". In the asterisk log I see this: Connected to Asterisk 18.11.1 currently running on vps (pid = 2636) == Using...

    PIONEERS IncredibleBackup 2020

Burned everything down to the ground and built it from scratch (originally used the VMware.ova image). Restored the backup and it worked. A bit later, I did notice that It's Lenny 3rd Party module wasn't in the drop down. When I tried calling 53669# it wouldn't complete the call. The Custom...

    PIONEERS IncredibleBackup 2020

I currently have an iPBX running on Proxmox VM and want to move it to vCenter 7. Here are the steps I took: Built a new host in VMware. Made a backup of the original iPBX, copied the backup off, shut it down. Re-IP'd the new box to match the old box. Restored the backup on the new VM. The...

    SOLVED Aastra 6757i Firmware?

Made the mistake of buying another cheap Aastra 6757i phone to add to the house (I've already got 2 of these - they're quite sturdy, and the new one makes 3). The new phone was already configured for someone else's PBX, so had to factory reset it. Found out that I don't have firmware for it...

Just for posterity or in case anyone is curious to see how I set up my IncrediblePBX 2020 server to use gmail.com with authentication using smtp.gmail.com as a relay host: 1. You must have a gmail.com account. If you don't have one, create one. 2. Log into your gmail.com account and enable...

TIPS SOLVED - Reconfiguring SendMail with iPBX 2020

Resolved the issue by: 1. Removing sendmail and replacing it with postfix 2. Configuring postfix to use gmail (via one of my gmail accounts). FWIW - After several days, I could never get comcast to accept mail. Once I removed sendmail and replaced it with postfix, I was up and running within a...

[SOLVED] Another No Audio Issue - pfSense

Thanks @tbrummell - the second document is the one that did it! I went out and deleted the rules/NAT that I had in my firewall and recreated them using that document. Looks like I was on the right track, but was too restrictive and was NAT-ing to the wrong interface. ORIGINAL: Firewall Rules...

[SOLVED] Another No Audio Issue - pfSense

Yes, I do have the NAT Port Forward rules in place as well - forgot to mention that. I added it to my original post. I'm using Skyetel - and from their end, everything looks good - the Endpoint Health is all green. Tried that and still no joy - here is the screen shot of that: -Rick

[SOLVED] Another No Audio Issue - pfSense

Hello all! Built a new (local - not in the cloud) Incredible PBX (on CentOS 7) server so I could follow the latest article (The Big 30) - but I have run into a bit of a problem that I cannot get resolved - and I'm completely sure I'm missing something, but unable to figure it out. I have a...

SOLVED Skyetel: Call records exist, but getting "The number you've dialed not in service..."

TL; DR - Check the CLI to verify the format of incoming DID calls before adding them. @wardmundy was right! Ok - So I solved this too, but my solution was initially different from what is listed above. I noticed that when the call comes in from Skyetel, it is prepended with a plus "+" sign...

SOLVED Skyetel: Call records exist, but getting "The number you've dialed not in service..."

That's kinda what I was thinking about doing on this box too, but want to poke around with it just a little longer before I spent a couple of hours rebuilding it...

SOLVED Skyetel: Call records exist, but getting "The number you've dialed not in service..."

I did - went back and double checked my work... So the call makes it in, but the PBX doesn't quite know what to do with it - it reports that the number I've dialed isn't in service amd terminates the call, regardless which destination I send it to... I deleted the inbound route and re-created...

SOLVED Skyetel: Call records exist, but getting "The number you've dialed not in service..."

I'm running into this exact problem - has anyone else seen this issue or have a clue as to where to start? Here is the output from asterisk when the call comes in: == Using SIP RTP TOS bits 184 == Using SIP RTP CoS mark 5 > 0x7f0ce807edb0 -- Strict RTP learning after remote address...
