    Trunk Access

I've not used this module in a very long while and I'm not sure if it's still compatible with the latest versions of everything, but you might want to take a look at this module. https://github.com/POSSA/freepbx-trunk-balancing

Outbound call in Round Robin way

I'm not sure if this still works, but I used to use this module extensively ages ago. Could this be something of use to you? https://github.com/POSSA/freepbx-trunk-balancing

SOLVED Outbound Caller ID Name (CNAM) to CDR script?

Thank you @kenn10 Good to be pre-warned. I was so hopeful when I read the "to be compatible with FreePBX 15+" myself. Oh well, something else to stress over down the line lol

SOLVED Outbound Caller ID Name (CNAM) to CDR script?

I may have found an existing solution to this issue in the form of the module below. I've installed the Outbound CNAM module, and so far I'm getting the exact result I needed from it. https://github.com/POSSA/freepbx-Outbound_CNAM I'm reasonably happy again :)

SOLVED Outbound Caller ID Name (CNAM) to CDR script?

Thanks @wardmundy To be honest I completely clear out all your pre-configured extensions and customisations on new installs. This is kind of major for me, it sounds so simple, but I can't understand how this still isn't a default thing with new FPBX installs. Suddenly not so excited to be...

SOLVED Outbound Caller ID Name (CNAM) to CDR script?

@wardmundy Is there a new version of your install-dialout-cnam.sh for the Incredible PBX 2021 for Debian install. I have to have Outbound CID logged to CDR and you very kindly had the above script for previous IPBX versions. I'm coming from a much older install that needed this, and I just...

FYI Rocky, Debian, Proxmox, Xfce choices

Thanks @wardmundy , Debian it is then. Your nod to Debian was preferential for me than rock, paper, scissors :p

FYI Rocky, Debian, Proxmox, Xfce choices

@wardmundy I was just wondering which you would suggest as the better option going forward for a new install, Rocky or Debian? I guess I mean, which one are you likely to keep working on and supporting the longest, and which would you recon is less likely to break in the future? I vaguely...

    TIPS UK calling

I'd say it's not so much a Brexit issue, but instead that, recently OFCOM have clamped down on Carriers who allow spoofed CID and calls carrying no CID/junk information. They have allowed Carriers to start charging upstream Carriers that send them this traffic to be billed rediculous amounts...

SOLVED Questions... New production install going forward

Hi @wardmundy For the millionth time, thank you so much for all you've done for us little guys :) Am I correct in my assumptions that we are still not to use Debian 11 on new production installations if we want things to just work? You say in your Incredible 2021 installation to download and...

    TIPS Disconnecting former employee

Just a thought, How about removing the Allow CODECS in the extension config? That would stop them from being able to make or receive any calls. I've used that for a couple of similar scenarios and it doesn't affect any IP's etc.

QUESTION install-dialout-cnam.sh not quite working as expected

@wardmundy , I use your install-dialout-cnam.sh script for adding phonebook etc. CID names to outgoing logs and phone display, which has always worked great for me. However, now on a new IncrediblePBX 2020-Public install, if an outgoing number is not in the phonebook, the person making the calls...

TIPS PJSIP 'Allow Transports Reload' option is set to yes

@wardmundy it shows under System Overview on a fresh install of 2020 when opening the Dashboard for the first time. I guess I'll just play it by ear and see how it goes. As @tbrummell says could just disable it and carry on.....

TIPS PJSIP 'Allow Transports Reload' option is set to yes

Hi @wardmundy , do you have a definitive answer as to whether the PJSIP 'Allow Transports Reload' option should be left as default (enabled) which generates a warning on the dashboard, or should it be disabled as the warning suggests? Thanks Mark
