I wonder what the voip provider does with 988. The only emergency provision for our e911 carrier is 911 dispatch.

Thank you. I have two DIDs, so I'll switch that out. I searched their FAQs and Google. Do you know if they have an 811 or something I can use to test it once I finish configuration? (Their phone service and phone support is great, but tech support tickets don't always answer questions asked.)

At one point years ago during all this mess, I was able to eventually set all my internal extensions that were physically in the our one office to pjsip even when trunk provider was still sip. No internet and internal calls still worked.

I sent them a support ticket to cancel my account. Any additional billings or incurred liabilities will be considered unauthorized or fraudulent.

Providers have come and gone over the years. There is more stability in providers than say, 20 years ago, at least. Some companies, like Vitelity, grandpersoned Ward's customers. I guess Skyetel will not. Oh well. Plenty of hungry sip providers out there looking for new business.

Sounds interesting! We have HughesNet backup internet. Their routers are bad, I can't setup anything with it (including bridge mode or failover) so when we have a failure I become a switchboard operator.

Is it all vendors, or just that provider on TelecomsXchange? I found the pricing structure changed wildly and my small balance would randomly be depleted as a result. Cheers for never using auto replenish anywhere. They are just my backup provider currently. Can't recall which vendor.
