Hi, When do-not-disturb is enabled for an extension, asterisk plays the busy message (i.e. "<myname> is on the phone"). Is it possible to configure asterisk to play the unavailable message instead? If so, which config file should I be looking in? We're using Aastra phones with the php scripts...

Ok, I replaced the first queue with a Ring Group instead, and it worked (and so did the failover from queue 2 to queue 3). Maybe Asterisk doesn't like queues with only one static agent? Thanks, Ben

Hi, I'm able to record a temporary greeting with no problem, and the system creates temp.wav and temp.WAV in the right place. However when I next dial in to voicemail, as soon as I press '0' for Mailbox Options, Asterisk hangs up... If I manually delete the two wav files, the problem goes...
