this didnt work. the call still came in. i will reach out to my SIP provider to fix that all international calls should have a + before the country code, so I can use the _52 code in incoming calls

so in the inbound route, in teh line of callerid number I should put 52NXXXXXXXXX and then another inbound route with +52NXXXXXXXXX did I get that correct?

i fixed this, in the extension forwarding i had to put an announcement of 1 silence, now keys input work on forwarded calls

i get calls forwarded to my cell but i have an announcement that i need to dial 1 to accept the call. however when i dial 1 on my cell, the call does come through and it keeps repeating dial 1 to accept or 2 to decline.

if i change the ports for sipchan and pjsip (switch them around) do i have to redo all phone connections etc... of those ports are only for trunks?

for incoming calls, only IP based. for outgoing (that works) i have login plus IP. however in their instructions they do NOT have anything for the trunk settings in teh incoming tab. only 4 items in the outgoing tab Host - Termination SIP Domain of your Plivo Trunk Username - Username for...

i made 3 incoming routes as suggested, same problem. i think its a plivo issue

yes i put it in multiple ways trying each one and no help. i tried +1305... then i tried 1305... and no help and then i tried just 305.... also no help

i followed their guide using the sip chan per their guide and its not working, and i sent the logs for that one. i just tried the pjsip but its not connecting i think because its port 5061 while plivo uses port 5060 and that is for sip chan. once it gets too complicated i will just find...
