From what I have been able to find, OSS Endpoint Manager is not compatible with FreePBX 12. The Commercial Endpoint Manager cannot be installed on Ubuntu. So I guess to use an Endpoint Manager on Ubuntu one should stick to IncrediblePBX 11 (http://nerdvittles.com/?p=9713)
