I just noticed it, but it's possible it never worked for internal calls. My Inbound route looks like this. This works for external calls.
Running PIAF 2065.

What did I miss?

Let me slow down and explain.
Our 4 executives have a large office each with two phones. One on their desk another on a "meeting desk"
I wanted to setup a ring group to ringall (both extensions) if their main desk number was dialed.

The meeting desk phones all are registered as JoeSideDesk. I can make calls to/from them. I was trying to avoid publishing both numbers. I just wanted to publish (internally) their main number on their main desk.

I hope this explains it. Thank you

It's likely a caller ID matching issue. I left it blank to "catch all"

I take it your inbound DID numbers are 4 digits, if so it should work, what does the ring group look like.

for both phones to ring from internal calls you would need to dial the ring group or change the ring group number to the extension number

Just tried. Can't have a ring group be the same as the extension.

I could have sworn it worked internally when I first set this up.

I just tested Follow-Me and it worked internally and from an external call.

will have to add a new extension for the main desk phone then create the ring group (4955) including both desk phones

If you create a ring group with 4955 you can set CID alias on those extensions so internally they will show 4955 but his voicemail will be at the new extension you give his phone which maybe a little confusing for the user

Follow-Me worked as needed. Thank you everyone for your input.
